WHY Is a Lakewood Ruv hiding his "mechiras Chometz"?

The B'datz, Rav Karelitz, Rav Landau, Reb Chatzkel Roth, Lakewood Satmar Dayan, Shlita among many others including Reb Moshe Feinstein, Satmar Rav, etc always encouraged others to be present by the mechiras chometz. The observers may bring something to the Ravs attention, and it should be a publicized event- Unless the Rav is afraid that his mechira is questionable at best, then he hides and doesn't allow anyone to be present as one Rav in Lakewood has been doing for years, does not allow anyone to be present. Is the mechira valid?

Mamash perfect for Dovid Weinberger's shul. One of the gaboyim who is the type to move from Boro Park to 5 Towns, to start dressing modern but still talking like a heimisher made an announcement about sraifas chometz that the local villages will have on hand firefighters "mit a trrrruck".

The Queens Vaad is azoy mehader by mechiras chometz that they take Tuvya Harris's BBQ grill to hand off in person to the goy. This is a chumra in case any beer spilled on it.

Reb Yudel, Once again, I'm lost in Queens. This is the 3rd or 4th post this week where I'm not a chochom enough to get your r'mizas. Queens people think the alter heim refers to the World's Fair in Flushing Meadows (1964). If Jackie Robinson knew that the Interboro would one day be named after him, he'd have kept on running after stealinghome. Please write in English.

It's know that the biggest buyer/seller of chometz in Lakewood is Rabbi Shmuel Blech. He goes nto hiding for his claimed mechiras chometz. Will never allow a living soul to observe the so called sale.

That's why many talmidei chachomim don't rely on his mechira. Wake up lakewood and smell the coffee.

You are lost and you are not a chochom but you do get it, so stop pretending you don't.

BBQ chicken & beer on erev Shabbos is a Queens Vaad minhag.

BBQ chicken & beer on erev Shabbos is a Queens Vaad minhag established on Metroplitan Avenue by those who eat anything, anytime when they are hungry.
In fact, when the 'gantzeh mishpoocheh' gets hungry the minhag is to go way beyond BBQ and BEER plus the zman extends to before AND after erev Shabbos.

Please be aware that Rabbi Shmaryahu Miller- the baal Koreh of the shul for over 30 years & brother of Reb Shlomo Miller of Toronto has been at the Mechirah for more than 30 years.

Rabbi Blech stopped inviting the public to the mechirah & divulging who the buyerwas when people started telling the buyer foolish comments, for example.....
1) What will you do with all the booze ? or Do you know that you own more whiskey than a liquor store ?
2) Why dont you hold the community hostage & dont sell back the chometz for less than $100k?
3) Why dont you use the keys & check out some rich people's houses ?

Any Congregational Rav that would like to be present at the mechirah is welcome to contact Rabbi Blech & arrangements will be made.

Thank You
