Monsey is not evil. Many great Rabbis and leaders in Monsey. Yes we have very few evil rotten apples like Avi Kahan and Kaufman who go against our Torah and are the exception but the majority of the people love our Torah and are great community leaders.

Most Bais Din's are honest and not corrupt like Avi Kahan Bais Din.
It is very sad that a single person like Avi gives Bais Din's a bad name. It is always best to speak to the Rabbi's in your community who can guide you to which Bais Din to go to and what to do if you Chas v'sholom you get something from Avi Kahan corrupt Bais Din. Most of the Rabbi"s in Monsey are aware of the deceit tactics and how much horror Avi has caused many families including many Agunos that still need a Get and are suffering today because of Avi
