The infamous "OURI'S" had the OU on his catering, they caught him, then the OK caught him, then the Star-K, he's been around the block a few times. He claims he was the chef in the knesset.
Look at the lettuce and how bruised it is. How long before it is not edible? 1/2 a day? Why doesn't the consumer just learn how to check lettuce. is it that complicated to do?
There is another Ouri or Uri from UK who sometimes comes to America to manage Pesach hotels. He looks like a Sfardi but speaks heimishe Yiddish. Today he looks somewhere from OTD to extreme Tuna Beigel. On a recent excursion at a hotel for a heimishe crowd they were really fed up with his "oversight" & it didn't help that he was wearing denim jeans at the Pesach sedorim. They sent him packing Chol Hamoed but not before he was in charge of the wines that you have to wonder if that was allowed

what is the big deal. Just remove the bug and eat it the lettuce.
