EColi killed the bugs. Its kosher now.
I wouldn't consider something that is checked straight out of the bag without being washed infested. Standard "shmatta" procedure

All I'm saying is that we see a video of lettuce being pulled straight out of a bag. Where is the mass infestation ?
One insect on unwashed anything is NOT “MASS” infestation.
