This take over by the Star-K has the blessing of the KCL.

R. Miller specifically states that quinoa is kitnious.
The letter just address the infestation issue which they themself checked and made their decision which brand is good and which not, lechatchila vs bedieved. Etc.
And to Accuse the BH of just accepting Star-K carte Blanche is a outright lie.
The fact that you keep on pushing this falsehood once again unfortunately proves what your real intentions are.

Reb Yudel has a good shmeker, the Star-K is infusing the bais horah with their kullos, heteirim. They have some of their trainees in there already. The Star-K is deeper entrenched than you could imagine.
Yudel is right, the bais horoah only listed the hashgocha of the star-k by those they claim not to be infested, the other ones it doesn't say the hashgocha.
when listing the star-k one, why did the bais horoah have to write kosher li'pesach on the star-k one.
In conclusion, the Star-K took control of the bais horah, therefore I am stopping to use the Bais Horoah.
I was sure this yudel is just..., but the more I look at this, I think he's got some very valid points, and the bais horoah is history if the star-k has their fangs dug in.

Nobody is interested to hear if quinoa is Really kitnious or not since it’s hard to know. Thus, those people who like it eat it on peasach too. Those that don’t, don’t eat it all year round either and may-as-well say it kitnious.
As far as infestation, there were 2 schools of thought either yes or no. Now the Miller Bais Dins claims, via their own research, that sometimes yes bugs sometimes no bugs.

The issue of them being repackaged in sacks with grain remains is still quite present.
I've already made it clear - repeat CLEAR - that quinoa is essentially no different than corn and rice, and no sensible mind will ever claim otherwise. (Sorry, Rabbi "Alz'muttar"...)

Once again - READ the letter totally and then decide if Star K (quinoa is not kitniyous) took over the Bais Horoah or not.
In paragraph 4 the Bais Horah decides, after major research and bedikos, which of the Star K quinoa are not infested (contrary to Horav Hagaon HaZadik Kevod Kedishas Reb yudel Shlit'a's opinion that ALL quinoa is infested) and can be used.
It happens to be that one of those brand are Kosher for passover ACCORDING to the Star K - the Bais Horoah is using this " Kosher for passover" label as identifying exactly which brand it is.
However, just in case guys like Horav Yud... inaccurately decide that this is also a approval to use on passover, the Rosh Ha-bais Horoah, Horav Miller Shlit'a WROTE in his own handwriting that it is NOT so and it may NOT be used on Passover.
Now you decide if the Heiligah Star K is taking over the Bais Horah or not?????

The caterer & hashgocho know exactly when two faigs are 'tying the knot'. When the OU initially got out of these sick affairs which R' Moishe in the Igros describes as the most disgusting thing possible, the Star K came running to grab the money making opportunities.
