For a bit of cholent you do not really need a pinteleh Yid. Especially when its before Shabbos and the chulent has no holy value. The only value of pre-Shabbos Chulent is the profits for the gesheften that sell all this chulent to the Fressers. Even on Shabbos itself, today every shtieble that needs a minyan serves chulent and the litvishe have picked up on this as well.
