Are we ready to move ahead in the fast lane in the most serious issue in kashrus in the past century "TOLAIYIM"?Or do we have to resort to allowing food service, caterers restaurants, etc to serve "treif" to satisfy the demanding consumer-it beats serving infested fruits & vegetables.
