NOTE: I eat in KCL establishments, can I eat in various food establishments in the tri-State area

Then you can eat in the other establishments provided that you do not use any items that require Bedikas toloyim or cholv stam/akum which is actually cholov treif.

Alter Ponivizh Bnei Brak Rav Teitz, son of the alter Slabodker, was niftar last week at age 89. What will this mean going forward for kashrus & gittin in Elizabeth, NJ? Who is taking over if not some YUnik?

Rabbi Felders book is based on some non-factual theories, factually it's cholov treifah. Nothing has changed for the better.

If you get a BMGnik it will be much worse.

Is R Felder also a Philly guy?

Galil in NY imports a special production of Mentos from Holland under Chug Chasam Sofer Bnei Brak. Do you think there is any real supervision associated with the fancy symbol? It’s allowed by the Heimishe shgoochos to be sold in Chassidishe supermarkets

all imported items under either of the Chug's should not be relied upon

There is quinoa flour getting into increasing varieties of seemingly stam breads. Do we have to be worried that shrotzim that highly infest the crops are bleibing as beria by the time it’s ground into flour & baked?

Shoin nishtatef geven? Rabbi Eliezer Eidlitz is touting his 40 years of kashrus work on the Left Coast that he now wants to transplant to Lakewood, if the oylam could please shell out a quarter million $ to equip his new house with a shul, to be named Beis Medrash Mordechai Yaakov.

Today one can’t be yeshivish unless he schnors. If not for himself (meaning himself mamish or his home Shteeble or his multi shot mesiftah attempt or for his shvoogeh or vechilee vechilee) or for his pet project from which deh Mispoocheh macht ah leiben.
So Eidlitz is entitled to his schnorehray if he moves to greater Lakewood. If the name is Morty Yax BM or judge Shein Bais Din it makes no difference. Let him collect as much money as he can.
