Is the Bais Havaad justified in pre-conditioning the Yeshivas Bais Din, to end totally the Kol Korei(s)?
Having recognized that the Kol Korei is merely the opening salvo in a broader effort to dismantle the Bais Havaad, it must be made unequivocally clear that this declaration marks the final word on the matter.
Accordingly, every signatory to the Kol Korei is expected to affirm—without exception—that the Bais Din itself will adjudicate and render a binding resolution on this issue.
Besides the merits of either side, the kllal’s biggest concern using the Bais HaVaad and its services, is that many choshuv Rabbonim, Gedolim, and Roshei Yeshiva have ruled that it is not a Bas Din. If one is chas vasholom going through a divorce, they care about having a kosher Gett and moving on in life. Bais HaVaad’s responses and PR notices may or may not persuade some shift in public opinion, however it will only help its demise. The irony is the Mida kineged mida. As some of its supporters decry how this process is unfair, how so many unrelated dayanim on the Bais Havaad are not corrupt and choshuv talmidei chachomim. They point out how much good Bais Havaad has done for so many etc. Whatever the motive of the Matirim was at the beginning, the machine to justify the Heter became the cause itself. Besides the sinister underhanded rumors, forgeries, it didn’t concern them how many innocents would be harmed in the process. Many choshuv Rabonnim, talmidei chachomim, roshei Yeshiva and others were badmouthed. Hundreds of members of the Laskin Mishpocha were slandered, and then blamed as well. As the Bais HaVaad is tasting some of their own medicine, they continue to “fight”. Clarifications on its agreement to go to Rabbi Reisman, an out of town Rabbi claiming to be the sole Matir without Bais Havaads involvement. Letters from a handful of Geonei Oilam vouching for them. Backdoor badmouthing sanity and motive of Rabbonim. No one involved in any sichsuch or gett, will use a Bais Din which is officially not recognized by so many big names. Even if one bought into all the Bais Havaad PR, they will want a beis Din universally recognized and not one that so many will consider worthless. If the Bais HaVaad has any interest in surviving, it will have to have some hachno’a and ask the those who banned it, what measures it needs to take for the ban to be removed.
If the heter is found to be invalid, is the husband going to divorce his wife? I don't know him (and may be incorrect ) however I suspect that he will not. The upshot of this public fighting will be that those who wish to adhere to the דבר השם will continue being incapable of finding a Rov who can guide them. It was hard enough before this fiasco and has just been made even more difficult r'l.
Can anyone explain Avremel Bromberg 's involvement? Rabbi Fuerst writes that the heter was based on information he heard directly from Avremel. Avremel then signed on the letter against the Bais Hvadd. Anybody know what is going on?

Let us see who these people are: Reb Elya ber Vachtfogel. He has told people, and it is well known, that he has an issue with the BHV because of a different pesak of theirs. He sent Reb Shalom to research that psak, and Reb Shalom told him that the pesak was just fine. But his opinion on that psak is worthless because he didn't speak to both sides.
Reb Shlomo Miller. Who told many people that he is relying on his notoriously unreliable son in law. Who is a member of the family. So it's not his opinion, but that of some baaleboss who is his son in law.
Basically, all Rabbanim and Gedolim support the BHV, from Reb Elya Brudny to Reb Henoch Shachar, Reb Eliyahu Levin to Reb Abba Brudny. The Beis Havaad's reputation was based on the Rabbanim who sent to them and are impressed with their way of acting.
Notwithstanding debating which Rabbis are bigger, the pro or anti, who wants a psak bais din which is worthless according to many? Attacking some of the signers, and mentioning a small list of people who vouch for the Bais Havaad doesn't change that.

Henoch Schachar is notorious for hearing the first side that approached him (and stronger side) and burying the other side. He has horrible middos. The worst candidate to deal with sholom bayis and gittin issues. Has destroyed so many families and individuals lives. I would advise everyone to stay far away from him.
