This is a letter from 17 months ago signed by rav malkiel, rav shlomo miller, rav elya ber wachtfogel, rav refuel schorr, rav yitzchok sorotzkin demanding a information to be given to family so they can go to a beis din of their choice to review the info and submit new info etc...
This letter is signed by Lakewood rabbis too...
This is from way before rabbi forccheimer demanded a hearing only to be rebuffed... and scared of by 2 fires lit in his shul...
There are literally tens of letters signed by high profile rabbanim and by family that went unheeded for so long...
This is why after 18 months of stonewalling the beis din was declared unfit!!
A beis din that permits slaughtering with a fork no less sans explanation...refusing to respond.... it's no longer a beis din...
A bettor din that is off the rails... it is normal to shut down...
It is extremism to leave it open unattended....
As this is written the beis havaad insists on not submitting to the barest minimum of arbitration language accepted by our gedolim....
All they are being requested to do is to put down the facts that were put together and used for their bogus hetter...trying to limit it to discuss the cliche of reb moshe.... is unequivocally unacceptable on any and on all standards

You write in the heading thev response of the Bais Havaad, I don't see a response at all, unless you are saying they just ignored the letter?, shocked!

With a predetermined outcome no one would submit to these “already know the Halacha” requests.
