Which Bais Din should one go to?

I have been A Toen in Botei-Din for Numerous years, I retired after seeing first hand the behind the scene of just about all of them.

In the past year, I had a Choshen Mishpat Din Torah, I only agreed to go tom the Bais Din of America.

I lost at the Din-Torah, yet I still recommend to everyone, that  the Bais-Din to go to is the Bais-Din of America.

I've got to love it, when an unnamed mystery To'en endorses a problematic Beis Din.
If you're serious about doing due diligence about the so-called Beis Din of America, you should first read here:
https://daattorah.blogspot.com/search?q=BDA
Could it be, that some of the issues posted there is why you lost your case?
Just saying...

While BDA may not allow corrupt shtick you see by the heimishe, how can this entity be recommended when they have their own problem, to manufacture mamzerim altz putting their Liberal Feminism above the Torah R"L?

Finally some Kvoid Shomayim out there said...

Did you hear about R' Yeruchim shlita declining to approve someone recently as an eid kiddushin because the mechutzef had signed to attack the gedolim taking a stand against Philly's cheftza d'issura hanikra Bais Havaad?

In my experience, as a Baal Din and Toi'en, the Beis Havaad is head and shoulders above the BD of America.

I'm aware of the issues with the BDA, after all is set and done.....use the BDA. Others because of the issues of BDA, that has nothing to do with ones DT, they opted to go to Court, their reasoning was; after 120 they will ask "how did you go to court and not to a BZD, I'll answer tell me anyone of them that's not corrupt" They won't have an answer. Therefore go to the BDA.

In the worst case scenario and one goes to the corupt ones, don't sign their arbitration agreements, (one could land up in jail) use the yudel shain arbitration agreement.

A town he is. Sign the Yudel form and ignore the psak if you don’t like it. Aye. Why waste money to go go to DT with a Yudel escape hatch ??
It’s strange, maybe Yudel lost the DT at BDA, but he of course won’t say if he followed the psak. After all he may of use used his ejection seat.

Yudel followed the psak. the yudel arbitration agreement is no escape hatch. It just removes all of the protections for the Dayonim. Rav Manashe Hakoton, told me to create this al pi Halacha arbitration agreement.
As Rav Shlomo Miller and Reb Elya Ber Wachtfogel gave out out a proclamation not to sign all of the BD arbitration agreements, etc.

Bda let you use your own agreement and not theirs? I do not believe it
