The Cholov Stam / akum heter from Rav Moshe Feinstein Z"L not valid anymore?

The USDA, FDA, etc does NOT test for non-cow milk presence, hence the heter is not valid anymore.

This does not affect the fact that the Veterinarian procedures make the cows "TREIF". There is no shishim on the farms.
The USDA doen't either test for other milk.
The fines are minimal.

the FDA doesn't test but the USDA does!

The government imposed fines for mixing pig milk are substantial and R' Moshe holds it is a cheshbon to be mattir cholov stam.

We need lots of help if our "kashrus watchdogs" cannot comprehend a simple email. Here is a bit of background. The US Constitution enumerates the specific powers of the federal government. All other powers belong to the states. For purposes of this discussion just replace the word "federal" with "those guys in Washington" and the word "state" with "those guys in Trenton/Albany". Ms. Jeannine Errter-Prego clearly informs that the FDA (Washington guys) does not "test for other species milk contamination BUT STATES assure that the milk does not contain any unapproved additives". A little bit of research would have shown just how the states assure this. Here are examples from two states:

http://law.justia.com/codes/wisconsin/2010/97/97.50.html

As such, I cannot imagine why there would be any change whatsoever to the metziyus that R. Moshe paskened about.

If your conclusion is already established before you start your research you get 'yudel's "rest-of- the-story" '.

once again yudel and the halager jackab.....i mean nirabater are justifing their mishigas

scare tactics are nice, but you omitted that every farm has a full trime fda supervisor working there making sure all is up to snuff

The dairy industry is also heavily involved in inspection. In Ontario, for instance, a sample from every single shipment that leaves a commercial dairy farm is send to a lab and the University of Guelph so its fat and water content (among other things) can be checked. The levels of pig milk would be so different that the sample probably wouldn't even pass a visual inspection.
Why does the industry care? Because if one kid gets an allergic reaction from the wrong milk, the entire industry will have to pay millions in fines and PR repair.
R' Moshe's heter stands firm.

some farms do have shishim. I have done hashgacha on farms where there was shishim

"some farms do have shishim"

Is that Rabbi "Andrew" Gordimer defending OU non-cholov Yisroel again?

6% is not shishim.

I wish the nirabater would be as "halig" by meat as he is by milk !

Btw there are poskim who hold that the real reason-taam kamus for cholov akum is because of marrige, just as pas and bishul.only they were mattirif yisrael roehu, just as they were by bishul. hence, this hetter wouldn't help for that anyway.

Which poskim hold it's altz chasnus and what is their mekor?

see aruch hashulchan sif vav, kaf hachaim sif katan 16, darcei teshuva sif katan ches, that is a taam kamus in all gezeiros chazal.
also maharash avuhov in sefer zichronos that its because of chasnus. Its therefore in avoda zara (35:) with pas, and not with those things which are because of issur.
see also teshuvos Rav Shternbuch who says its because of chasnus.
Also in yagdil torah is a story from the ba'al hatanya, that chalav akum leads to sefeikos in emunah.
